Summary
We’re seeking a Client Manager to enable and ensure customer success and ongoing value with our solutions. The Client Manager will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and nurturing client relationships; and identifying opportunities for expanding Kadient’s offerings within a client account.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers through implementation of Kadient solutions, and launch to end users
- Project manages execution of 30-60 day on-boarding projects. Lead customers and partners to successful implementation, including collection of customer content, creation of customer knowledge base, blueprints, and other customizable components within the solution, and launch to end users.
- Partner with client to define strategy for rollout to end users to optimize adoption. Support their rollout and early adoption efforts.
- Partner with customer to define measures of initial success based on customer objectives.
- Measure success, solicit feedback, diagnose issues, and provide guidance to customers to enable pervasive adoption, usage, and long-term value
- Recognize opportunities to add additional modules or expand the number of users within an account. Engage and support sales.
- Create champions within client accounts to enable expansion of value and growth of account.
- Support sales, as required, to close new business and expand within existing accounts
- As primary customer contact in assigned accounts, facilitate resolution of escalated support issues, and translate product enhancement requests to Product Management
- Assist sales with creating client proposals and conducting customer presentations/meetings, further defining customer specifications and needs
- Engage and orchestrate appropriate resources – partners, Kadient colleagues (SaaS Ops, Development, Marketing, Sales, implementation interns, etc.) – to define and deliver solutions to unique challenges/opportunities.
- Disseminate our customer experiences and lessons learned within Kadient to continuously strengthen our customer experience and value
- Partner with Kadient Client Relationship Manager to ensure seamless transition at completion of implementation.
- Ensure referenceability. Create customer stories to be leveraged for future sales/expansion.
Qualifications
- Candidate must be highly self-motivated, team-oriented (across different business functions), have a strong work ethic, able to manage multiple customers at different stages of onboarding/adoption, passionate about enabling mutual success for customers and our growing business, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor Degree required
- 5+ years client relationship/customer-facing experience in software solutions preferred
- Demonstrated ability to enable customers to achieve success
- Strong written and oral communication skills with varied audiences (senior executives, sales reps, marketing, technical), including ability to understand business problems and map Kadient solutions and best practices to address those problems
- Proven project management skills
- Strong relationship skills. Inspires confidence across a range of stakeholders from C-level business executives to end users to technical resources
- Ability to proactively and reactively engage customers, lead/facilitate meetings and establish instant credibility
- Demonstrated analytical and systems thinking skills – able to quickly translate client needs, recognize implications of various solution alternatives, and define the best approach for success of client and Kadient

Corporate Sales Account Executive
Summary
We’re seeking a self-motivated, high-energy, results-driven sales professional to join our dynamic, collaborative sales team. This is a quota carrying role, targeting companies of $100M-$500M in annual revenue, with responsibility for the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate has experience and a successful track record selling software solutions to line of business executives (Director, VP, and C-level) and wants to build an exciting new business.
Responsibilities
- Build business in your designated territory to exceed assigned quota – from prospecting to close, both by phone and in person. (Majority of sales are completed by phone)
- Understand the prospect’s business objectives and “pains” and paint the picture of what “better” looks like with inciteKnowledge
- Partner with internal resources as required (executives, client management, product management, etc) to close deals and enable customer success- Partner with customer to define measures of initial success based on customer objectives.
- Apply Kadient’s sales effectiveness solutions and best practices in the selling process to showcase our capabilities and personally position the value

Quality Engineer
Summary
This position requires a detail-oriented, self-motivated person with strong analytical skills and experience in software testing. Individual will utilize manual testing techniques in completion of responsibilities. Time management and ability to work within a team environment are also key elements of this role. Written and verbal communication skills are a top priority. Individual must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet schedule deadlines, in a dynamic, short-cycle development model, while assuring that Kadient’s clients receive quality software.
Responsibilities
- Create, document and maintain test plans and test cases for both existing and new product functionality.
- Execution of both manual and automated testing based on test plans/test cases. This may entail the use of either black box or white box testing mechanisms.
- Create and analyze product issues, document appropriately using online bug tracking application.
- Work with Developers, Client Management, and Customer Support to isolate, clarify and document both functional and technical issues.
- Be a conduit or liaison for information flow on product issues.
- Communicate status on issues or roadblocks, as well as accomplishments and plans.
- Become knowledgeable and proficient in the use of Kadient products.
Qualifications
- 4 year college degree – preferably in a technical discipline such as Math, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, special emphasis placed on Microsoft Word.
- Familiarity with Windows server 2003, Windows XP and Vista operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft's SQL Server a plus.
- Experience testing a hosted offering or web-based application a plus.
- Adaptive, thrives in/energized by a demanding, dynamic, work environment.
- Understanding of basic QA processes, including but not limited to the use of problem reporting/bug tracking applications.
- Automated software testing tool knowledge would be a plus – AutomatedQA, Mercury, Segue, IBM/Rational

Responsibilities
- Create, update, and monitor the marketing activities plan and budget
- Manage lead / traffic generation campaigns from strategy and creative development to response tracking and optimization. This includes:
