Knowledge Manager Level One Courses at Kadient

Kadient’s Customer Education Program provides a hands-on approach to learning. We believe that learning takes place on multiple levels. For this reason, we make full use of workshops and classroom instructional methods to reinforce the knowledge learned throughout our Level One curriculum. At Kadient, we value your educational experience and it is our goal to ensure your success with inciteKnowledge.

Level One provides a new Knowledge Manager with the basics skills required to manage content within inciteKnowledge.

Pre-requisites for Level One Course
Your educational experience with inciteKnowledge has already begun. You have already received your Welcome Pack containing information, guidance and examples of how to prepare your content. During training at Kadient’s corporate headquarters, you will have the opportunity to meet your CSM (Customer Success Manager) who is working on your implementation and is guiding you through the inciteKnowledge implementation process.

Education Level One Curriculum
We understand that education is critical to end-user adoption; Kadient has created an interactive curriculum that recognizes the needs of Knowledge Managers. Our Level One for Knowledge Managers at Kadient’s corporate headquarters is instructor facilitated. The concepts you will learn are supported through interactive exercises over the course of two full days, (9:00 a.m.– 4:30 p.m) and one 3/4 day (9:00 - 2:20). There will be time for breaks to either practice your skills or meet with your CSM. During this course we will ensure you understand the core fundamentals of inciteKnowledge as it relates to your environment.
