    • Add a new knowledge base

  • Organize your Content:
    • Directory Set up: Apply best practices in creating and modifying Directory categories for organizing content records.
    • Default Settings
    • Review Groups: Create Review Groups of SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) responsible for reviewing content
  • Quick Build functionality
    • Add content through: PPT & Word
    • Assign a default Review Cycle(s) to content records
    • Manage a single record

  • Blueprints:
    • Create a blueprint using PPT, Word & PDF
    • Create a blueprint for quick assembly of standard documents and presentations*
    • Review in Express
  • Queries:
    • Overview & explanation
    • Standard queries
    • Business case scenarios
    • Custom queries- defining them
    • Global updates through query mode
    • Manage a group of records through standard and custom queries
    • Generate standard reports
  • Review process:
    • How/where to start- Dashboard
    • Export for review
    • SME experience
    • Import changes word/ppt
