Compensation

  • Salaries are competitive with our market

Time Off

  • We work hard, and time off provides a necessary balance. All employees accrue three weeks of vacation for the first year of employment; up to four weeks after three years. In addition, we have 10 paid holidays each year.

Health and Dental Insurance

  • Kadient offers a rich health care plan through Harvard Pilgrim, and covers 85% of the monthly premium. Coverage begins on one’s date of hire.
  • Our dental coverage is through The Guardian, and includes a level of coverage for orthodontics. Again, coverage begins on one’s date of hire and Kadient covers 85% of the monthly premium.

Financial Protection

  • Kadient’s disability and life insurance offerings provide peace of mind with financial protection in case of unanticipated health crises.
  • Short and Long Term Disability insurance cover a substantial portion of employee income should they be disabled for a short or extended period of time, and is paid for by the company.
  • Life Insurance is also a company paid benefit, and coverage is two times the annual base salary.

Retirement Savings Plan

  • Kadient offers participation in a Fidelity 401 (k) Plan, with a broad range of investment options. We make it easy for you to save through pre-tax payroll deductions, and Fidelity’s web based resources make it easy for you to decide how to allocate your savings.

Dependent Care and Medical Flexible Spending Accounts

  • We make it easy for employees to contribute pre-tax dollars into a fund to cover out of pocket health care and dependent care expenses
  • Participants in our medical FSA can pay for out of pocket health care expenses directly out of their savings account through the use of a debit card, making it easier to buy new glasses or pay for that orthodontics visit.

Gym Reimbursement

  • Kadient reimburses up to $500 per year for employee health club membership… at any healthclub!

Tuition Reimbursement

  • Employees are eligibile for reimbursement up to $5,000 per year for a job related class taken at an accredited university.
