Kadient’s Customer Education Program believes that learning takes place on multiple levels. For this reason, we make full use of various methods and materials to reinforce your product knowledge. At Kadient, we value your educational experience and it is our goal to ensure your success with inciteKnowledge.

Kadient has crafted two primary courses for Knowledge Manager Training. The first, the Level One course, provides a new Knowledge Manager with the basics skills required to manage content within inciteKnowledge. The second course, Level Two, provides advanced education on functions that are challenging to learn or that are critical to getting the most out of inciteKnowledge.

Pre-requisites for Level One Web Course
Your educational experience with inciteKnowledge has already begun. You have already received your Welcome Pack containing information, guidance and examples of how to preparfe your content.

Education Level One Web Curriculum
We understand that education is critical to end-user adoption; Kadient has created an interactive curriculum that recognizes the needs of Knowledge Managers. Our Level One for Knowledge Managers on the web is an instructor facilitator lead presentation. The concepts you will learn are supported through your own flexible schedule working through the exercises provided in your training manual. Each course is designed in four hour increments over the course of two days- typically 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (Noon) or 1:00-5:00 p.m.

Education Level One Web Benefits
You can expect your training online will stimulate your thinking as well as provide you with a sense of independence and confidence as you work through the inciteKnowledge software and review concepts learned at your own PC. During this course we will ensure you understand the core fundamentals of inciteKnowledge as it relates to your environment.
- Learn the fundamental core concepts of inciteKnowledge from your own PC
- Work with your CSM in your own instance after your class and apply your knowledge

Education Level One Web Take-always
- Confidently and independently work within your own instance when you leave training
- Share your knowledge and experience of inciteKnowledge with peers and co-workers alike.

Your education with Kadient
Kadient provides alternative venues and schedules (i.e., web based) In order to successfully participate in our online training offering you must be able to access the Web Training test link. If for some reason you cannot access this site we offer an in house training at Kadient’s headquarters.

We also have two pre-set time slots allocated to meet our customers’ needs. Our web sessions run for two consecutive days for four hours per day. The appropriate time slot for your area is listed below.
