New Organization Led by Seasoned Management Team Delivers Sales Support, Product Training and Consulting for RFP and Proposal Automation Offerings

NASHUA, N.H. – July 24, 2007 – Pragmatech Software, the worldwide leader in on-demand sales knowledge solutions that improve sales performance, has announced the formation of Pragmatech North America, a new business entity focused on providing a superior level of service and support to existing and new customers of Pragmatech’s Request For Proposal (RFP) and proposal automation solutions. Pragmatech North America develops, sells and supports all of Pragmatech’s RFP and proposal automation products, including the RFP Machine, RFP Express, the Proposal Automation Suite, and Proposal Express. The unit also provides complete training and consulting services.

Kym Harrington, previously the executive in charge of Pragmatech’s Corporate Sales organization, leads the new entity. Harrington is a highly successful technology sales executive with more than 15 years experience. At Pragmatech, she led her team to five consecutive years of growth, increasing the customer base from 350 to 1,100 companies. The management team of Pragmatech North America is comprised of experienced Pragmatech employees who have been with the company for an average of six years, including Lisa Plourde, formerly head of Pragmatech's Educational Services organization; Scott Smith, who developed and managed the educational services team in the United Kingdom; Elizabeth Goonan, a seasoned sales executive; Matthew Desmarais, business development manager; and Jeanne Schulze, marketing manager.
