inciteKnowledge currently supports integration with Salesforce.com. Customers are able to launch directly into Express or to a specific blueprint from the context of a Lead, Opportunity, or Contact record within SFDC and use information from mapped fields in these records to complete the Finishing Steps for a presentation or document (free-form or pre-defined). In this case, an assembled deliverable is attached back to the Opportunity record from which the deliverable was launched.
In addition, Sales Assistant can be launched to a specific Lead or Opportunity from SFDC, and can use information from that record in creating an Opportunity in Sales Assistant.
inciteKnowledge can also serve as a sales portal, providing customers with a single place from which to launch multiple sales tools, whether or not they are implemented using inciteKnowledge. The home page for each customer can contain links to other tools, for example, and Sales Assistant offers the ability to link to other applications and resources as part of a sales process.
