Hi everyone:

We've had a posting on the ListServ from a 6.x customer evaluating inciteKnowledge for RFP responses (her message is below).  We'd love to hear from our inciteKnowledge installed base in response to her questions -- how are your teams using Express today to respond to RFPs and what's been the reaction?  Thanks in advace for your feedback!

"Hi,

We respond to proposals containing hundreds of questions and currently, our team rely heavily on the 'Search and Fetch' function in RFP Express to complete proposals.

Following the recent launch, we are considering migrating to the Incite platform, but are unsure how the 'Search and Fetch' functionality has been incorporated into the Incite platform. It seems as thought the only way to retrieve information is to do a Google-like search, (or use the Directory tree) and copy and paste the content into your proposal.  This doesn't seems like an application designed to respond to proposals, compared for example, with PMap.  It seems as though Incite has been developed with SalesTeams in mind - not Proposal Writers/Consultants.

I would be interested to learn about your experience using Incite to complete proposals using Incite. At present, I can't see how Incite can assist responding to the hundreds of questions we generally are asked each time we receive a proposal.
