I have been getting Winword errors when using Knowledge Manager to edit/change records. Has anyone else had similar issues?
I know that with the RFP Machine there were sometimes conflicts when Word was open in another window; is this the case with inciteKnowledge?

With RFP Machine, there was a technical limitation that prevented Word from loading into memory twice, which is essentially what would happen when running both inside and outside of RFP Machine. This limitation does not affect KM, so you should be able to run Word or PowerPoint both inside and outside of KM simultaneously. If you are running into problems, I'd ask you to work with Support to troubleshoot the issue so we can identify the root cause. I'll let Karen Ferry know you posted this.
