Hello everyone
We do not have buy in from SMEs for reviewing content. In 6.1 we maintained database content by taking completed RFPs and using the compare feature in Quick Build. Since that functionality has disappeared, we are left with some unappealing choices for maintaining content -- cc'ing the knowledge manager on every e-mail between RFP writers and SMEs, doing a compare between the first draft of an RFP and the final client document, etc. Every strategy that we've been able to come up with involves manually locating the record in some way before updating content. I know there are others out there in the same predicament. Any good ideas?
