Is anyone taking advantage of using inciteKnowledge's filters capability?  If so, how are you using them? A few of the organizations I am working with are interested in what others may be using for filters and if your can gauge if your users are benefiting from the use of them.

I have filters for the different verticals that we work with. I've attached the filters to the different records and I use them when I'm searching for content but really haven't heard much feedback from my users.

We use 3 categories of filter: vertical markets,  geographical, and business unit.
