I want to get a list of reviewers and the short description and number of records that are assigned to them. I have been trying to generate a custom report or do a query to get this information but I have been unsuccessful so far.

I'd appreciate your assistance.

Thanks.

Kermin,

Thank you for posting your question. We do have an enhancement request from at least one other client to have additional Display fields available on custom queries. In the meantime, there is a way to get the information you're looking for on an individual Reviewer basis. Here's how:

1. Create a new Custom Query with the Query Type = Content Records and the Query Source = Content with Review.

2. On the Display tab, select Content Record Number and Content Record Short Description (and any other available fields from the list on the left). Note: The enhancement request would show additional Display fields such as Reviewers / User Name here.

3. On the Criteria tab, click Add and select Content Reviewers / User Name. Click Quick for the Selection Type and put a check mark in the Quick Pick checkbox next to the individual Reviewer you want the Query results for.

4. Click Next and Finish. Run the Query. You can Save the Query (perhaps name it with the specific Reviewer Name to identify which Reviewer the Query is for).

5. From the Queries menu drop down, select Generate Report. The report will be for the Reviewer you selected from the Quick Pick list and will contain the Content Record Numbers and Content Record Short Descriptions.

Hope this helps!

Best,
Deirdre

Deirdre --

Thank you. That worked even though the process is a bit too tedious. With 80+ reviewers on our knowledgebase, I had to create a query for each one, then do a custom report for each saved query.

Is Kadient planning to improve its reporting functionality to include this feature soon?
