Hello Susan,

I'm not sure if you read these boards regularly, but I believe until recently I held a job you had before me. I worked for Symantec as the Knowledge Base Manager for the RFP Team. This week, 5 of the 7 of us were laid off by the company, so I've been job-hunting since, and noticed your name on this board. Small world! I was told when I first came on last fall that you were the previous person in that position. In any event, I'm not sure how to get hold of you, but if you see this post, my email is editor@scriptorpress.com. Please send me a note so we can talk some more. I hope you are doing well, and I hope we get a chance to correspond :)

Raymond
