inciteKnowledge is a leap forward for Pragmatech; one that expands the definition of who we are and what we do, and which delivers exciting new capabilities to our customers.  First released a year ago, we have recently launched the third major release of this new solution, enhancing existing capabilities and adding many new ones to create a new category of offering from Pragmatech – a sales knowledge solution.  Sales knowledge is made up of the tools, content, practices and institutional knowledge that customers use in winning business, and inciteKnowledge is designed to help you make the most of these in improving sales performance.

We are extremely excited about this new solution and are confident in its appeal to existing and new customers alike.  In fact, the capabilities of inciteKnowledge are in many cases a direct result of feedback received from our customers over the years.  For example, its new content management capabilities stem from enhancement requests received from RFP Machine customers and our customer Design Partners.  We’ve always offered the strongest capabilities for managing selling content in the segment, and nothing else even comes close with inciteKnowledge.  And on the end user side, we’ve simplified our offerings to focus on the usability and effectiveness of the solution, but at the same time offer end users much more breadth of capability than ever before.
